Description
Young Engineers: Brick Challenge (Ages 3–6)
Young Engineers: Brick Challenge is a hands-on engineering and design course that invites young learners to explore science, building, and creative problem-solving through playful construction challenges. Learners investigate concepts such as motion, balance, cause and effect, and structural strength while building rides, games, pathways, and imaginative environments.
Each week introduces a new open-ended challenge designed to encourage curiosity, experimentation, and flexible thinking. Learners are supported as they plan, build, test, and redesign their creations while working independently and collaboratively.
This course is designed for ages 3–6 and supports a wide range of developmental levels. Activities naturally scale in complexity, allowing younger learners to focus on exploration and storytelling while more experienced learners take on extended engineering challenges. All learners work within the same playful theme, building confidence and skills at their own pace.
This course is listed for ages 3 and up, but if you feel your younger or older learner would enjoy this course, please reach out to discuss options. Duplo pieces can be supplemented with standard LEGO bricks as needed.
